Wilsall

Main Street Charm
With the Crazy Mountains as Wilsall’s backdrop, the town can’t help but be enchanting. Several historic buildings have been repurposed into charming new businesses and attractions.

The Crazy Little Museum, for instance, was once a Conoco gas station. Kitty-corner, across the street, the old Mercantile Company building now houses Val’s Deli, which is featured in the cookbook Big Sky Cooking. U.S. Highway 89 makes it easy to rush through town, but when you spot the town’s welcoming party—a family of skeletons on the north end of Elliot Street—you can’t help but slow down and rest your bones
in Wilsall.
